Authorize and capture

Kushki supports authorize and capture only in Chile and Peru, and only for PEN, CLP, and UF currencies. For further details, see Kushki’s documentation.

Third-party 3D Secure 2 auth data

Spreedly will automatically handle the field mapping for sending third-party 3DS2 authentication data to Kushki. For more information about how to use this feature, see the 3DS2 Third-party Authentication Guide. Spreedly fields map to the relevant Kushki fields as described in the following table. Please see Kushki API reference for detailed descriptions of each of these fields and when to use them.

Gateway specific fields

When interacting with a Kushki gateway to run transactions, there are some gateway specific fields you can specify when making a call.

Amount

Use this gateway specific field to pass the detailed amount breakdown when making purchase and void transactions, including information such as extra_taxes that are required for certain currencies (e.g. COP). The relevant sub fields are in snake case as illustrated in the example below.

Contact Details

This gateway supports passing additional fields containing contact-related information about the cardholder. Sub fields of the ‘contact_details’ field include:

'document_type’ - this field denotes the type of identity-validating document. Valid inputs for this field are 'CC’, 'NIT’, 'CE’, 'TI’, 'PP’, 'RUC’, 'CURP’, 'RFC’, 'RUT’, 'DNI’, 'PAS’
'phone_number’ - this field must use E.164 standard: [+][country code][area code][local phone number] (example: ’+593988734644’)

Full Response

This gateway specific field (when set to true) will allow the approval_code gateway specific response field mentioned below to be passed in the response body.

Metadata

This gateway specific field will allow metadata to be used as an object to record additional data with purchase and authorize transactions.

Months

This gateway specific field will allow months to be used for deferred transactions in Chile, Colombia and Peru.

Deferred Fields

This gateway supports passing additional fields that are used for deferred transactions in Ecuador and Mexico. Please note that all three fields must be present if utilized.
